The Corporation is an autonomous community organization and an alternative resource in mental health that promotes individual and social transformation. The purposes for which the Corporation is constituted are as follows:

To offer intervention, reintegration, rehabilitation, housing, and community follow-up services to adults who wish, during psychosocial difficulties, to undertake an approach aimed at developing their autonomy and social integration;
To administer a mental health crisis center that is available to any adult aged 18 and over, experiencing a psychosocial, psychiatric, or suicidal crisis, to provide them with assessment, intervention, referral, and housing services according to their needs;
To undertake or participate in activities related to research, awareness, prevention, and training in the field of mental health;
To promote the integration or reintegration into studies or the job market of people dealing with mental health issues;
To engage in any other action leading to the previous goals;
To rent, build, acquire, or improve premises that allow the fulfillment of this mandate;
All of which cannot constitute an establishment within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services.
